Kathmandu. At present there is influence of western wind and local wind in Nepal. According to the Department of Hydrometeorology, Weather Forecast Division, light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning is currently occurring at few places in Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces. According to the department, it will be generally cloudy in the Himalayan and hilly areas of Bagmati and Gandaki regions including Koshi region this afternoon. It will be partly cloudy in the Himalayan and hilly areas of Madhesh province and the rest of the province, while the rest of the Terai region will be mostly clear.

There is a possibility of moderate to moderate rain and snowfall at some places in the Himalayan and hilly terrains of Koshi Province, few places in the Himalayan and hilly terrains of Bagmati and Gandaki Provinces and light rain and snowfall with thunder and lightning at one or two places in Terai and rest of the hilly and mountainous terrains of Madhes, Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki Provinces. There is a possibility that the temperature will rise in the Terai region of Far West and Lumbini region.
