On the occasion of Chaitra Navratri, Goddess Navadurga is being ritually worshiped today at the palace of Hanumandho. Laxman Panthi, executive director of Nepal Panchang Adjudicatory Development Committee informed that 7:51 a.m. is the best time for the celebration of Chaitra Navratri.
