Celebrating World Day Against Child Labour
Kathmandu. Today is World Day Against Child Labour. Every year, June 12 is celebrated as the day against child labor around the world. Anti-Child Labor Day is celebrated against the use of children as laborers.
June 12 has been celebrated as the World Day Against Child Labor since 2002 by referring to the implementation of ILO Convention 182 against Child Labor and Convention 138 on the Minimum Age for Entry into Labor.
