Kathmandu. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has made his first public statement about the war situation in West Asia. In a 25-minute speech in the Lok Sabha, he said the tension must end. The only solution to the problem is negotiation. 

The Prime Minister said that attacks on civilians and power stations are unacceptable. Blocking the Strait of Hormuz is unacceptable. The Prime Minister said that the government is trying to stop the oil and gas crisis in the country. For this purpose, we are now importing from 41 countries instead of 27 countries. 10 million Indians live in West Asia. Their safety is our priority.

He informed that currently 3,75,000 Indians have returned to the country safely. Thousands of Indians have returned safely from Iran. There are more than 700 young people studying medicine.
