Kathmandu. CPN-UML leader Mahesh Basnet has said that his party will start a street protest against the government after the festival. Talking to the media persons at the party central office in Chasal on Tuesday, he claimed that there is no alternative to protest as the present government is involved in high cost, corruption and misrule.
Basnet informed that the recently concluded central committee meeting of the party decided to strongly protest against the government's anti-people activities and authoritarian actions.
