Appeal to be vigilant today and tomorrow, warning not to go to risky places and stay safe

Kathmandu. Due to the low pressure system that has developed in the Bay of Bengal, the possibility of heavy rainfall has increased in various parts of the country today and tomorrow. According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, monsoon activity is about to become more active as the flow of air containing water vapor towards Nepal is increasing rapidly.

The department has requested the general public not to travel in the areas where there is a risk of rain and if it is necessary to travel only by taking special precautions.

Keeping in view the possible risks due to continuous rains, the Meteorological Department has made a special appeal to everyone to identify the risky places in advance and stay safe.
