All writs for restoration of Parliament will be heard simultaneously

Kathmandu. All the cases filed demanding the restoration of the House of Representatives will be heard simultaneously. The Supreme Court on Wednesday ordered to hear the supplementary writ petition filed by 57 outgoing MPs of Congress and 3 from other parties demanding the restoration of the House of Representatives along with the petition previously filed by 8 outgoing MPs of Congress.

In the supplementary writ, 57 Congress MPs demanded to be allowed to join the petition of 8 outgoing MPs including MP Shyam Kumar Ghimire, Sushila Thing.

Chief Justice Prakashman Singh Raut, Justice Sapna Pradhan Malla, Hariprasad Phuyal, Dr. The constitutional bench of Manoj Kumar Sharma and Nahkul Subedi has ordered to hear all the writs together.

After the order of the Supreme Court, the writs of 8 MPs of Congress, outgoing MPs of UML and other one and a half dozen will be heard simultaneously. The Supreme Court has said that written responses have been received from the Office of the President, the Prime Minister and the Speaker of the House of Representatives to 17 petitions filed with the demand for the restoration of the House of Representatives.
