After the confirmation of Bipin's death, the mother and sister returned home empty-handed
Kathmandu. After the confirmation of the death of Bipin Joshi, a Nepali youth who was held by Hamas, his mother and sister, who went to America in search of him, returned home this morning. The family members who went to America in the hope of safe rescue of Bipin were expecting to bring him back alive. However, after the death of Bipin, who went missing during the Israel-Hamas war, was confirmed, they had to return empty-handed.
They have landed at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu this morning on a Qatar Airways flight. They were warmly welcomed by family members and relatives at the airport.
22-year-old Bipin Joshi, who arrived in Israel in 2078, went missing after being attacked by Hamas in October last year. Along with him, some other Nepalese students were also killed in that attack. Although the government has confirmed Bipin's death, his body has not been found. The families who were not able to bring the body or pay their last respects are still grieving.
