According to the Mustang Customs Office, the import of Chinese goods from Korlanaka is increasing after the closure of Rasuwagadhi-Kerung and Tatopani crossings.
According to the customs office, only on Friday, 271 million rupees revenue has been collected. According to the office, after August 22, the daily average revenue of around 30 million rupees is being collected from Korlanaka.
On Friday alone, 71 containers and 106 EVs passed customs inspection and were sent to their destinations. 434 containers and 641 electric vehicles entering Nepal from Korlanaka have passed the customs inspection from August 10th to August 25th when the Rasuwagadhi checkpoint was closed.
