Kathmandu. CPN-UML has decided the names of 140 people for the House of Representatives elections. UML has decided candidates in 140 constituencies out of 165 constituencies and has given the task of appointing the remaining candidates to President KP Oli.
Dissatisfaction has erupted within the party saying that President Oli has single-handedly distributed tickets.
