After the meeting in New Delhi, Prime Minister Modi, writing on the social network X Twitter, mentioned that India is eager to cooperate with the new government of Nepal.

Prime Minister Modi has said that he fully supports and welcomes Lamichhane's desire to work together for a common and prosperous future between Nepal and India. Mentioning that Nepal has always been a priority partner country under India's 'Neighborhood First' policy, he also expressed his commitment to take the special relationship between the two countries to a new height in the coming days.
