Kathmandu. Suman Saymi, who was a candidate for the post of mayor in the previous local elections and came second in Kathmandu 8 in the House of Representatives, has joined the Nepali Communist Party. Shortly before the House of Representatives elections, he is going to join the CPN.

Balen Shah, the mayor of Kathmandu, won the election using the Lauro election symbol.
