According to experts, microfinance is raising hope at the level of small farmers

Speaking at the program, former executive director of Rashtrabank and economist Dr. Gunakar Bhatt stressed that the problems seen in the microfinance sector should be found through common efforts and initiatives. He recalled that there are not only problems in the microfinance sector, but also a lot of potential, and he expressed his belief that the contribution of microfinance will be important in making the economy sustainable. Bhatt said that it is not possible to say that the entire microfinance sector has become a problem just because there is a problem in some microfinance. 

Bhatt suggested that the microfinance sector should share its issues with the government, regulatory bodies and stakeholders, saying that the problem is the same as the solution. 

It is necessary to reach the local level. People here will think about this campaign. Tell others. Explaining to others. Therefore, prepare for policy advocacy and move forward. Raise the issue for common purpose and common benefit. 

Welcoming everyone present at the program, the chief executive officer of Sana Kisan Bikash Microfinance Financial Institution Vasu Adhikari said that this program was planned to inform the leaders of the microfinance sector about the policies, methods and amended laws of regulatory bodies. He said that a bilateral discussion was held with the participation of the heads of more than 35 microfinance financial institutions across the country with the goal of informing the entire microfinance sector about the recent changes in the law.
