A month after the flood in Rasuwa, 45 students are still without contact, four schools have been destroyed

Rasuwa Due to the devastating Bhotekoshi flood on August 10, 45 students from three government schools and one private school in Rasuwa are still without contact. According to Durga Prasad Silwal, Head of Education and Coordination Unit Dhunche, four school buildings in the district have been completely destroyed due to the flood.

Among the schools damaged by the flood are Nepal National Basic School Timure, Malika Devi Basic School Parebensi, Chipleti Basic School and Modern Trinity English Boarding School.

Unit chief Silwal informed that 25 students from Nepal National Basic School Timure, 11 students from Malika Devi Basic School, eight students from Modern Trinity and one from Chipleti Basic School are among the students who are without contact.
