A doctor died after falling from the 5th floor of Nobel Hospital
Biratnagar. A doctor died after falling from the fifth floor of Nobel Medical College Hospital building in Biratnagar, Morang. District Police Office Morang has informed that the dead body of Dr. Amit Yadav, an intern resident of Saptari working in Nobel Medical College, fell from the hospital building at around 6 o'clock this morning.
The police believe that he may have committed suicide by jumping from the fifth floor of the hospital. Yadav, who fell from the fifth floor of the hospital, was found in front of the main gate. Kopila Chudal, DSP, District Police Office, Morang, informed that Yadav, who suffered a serious head injury, was taken to the emergency room immediately and died. His father Shambhu Prasad Yadav has informed that Yadav, whose house is Rajviraj Municipality Ward No. 9 of Saptari, is also taking psychiatric drugs.
The hospital administration said that they are working to understand this. The police have been mobilized to the scene and further investigation is underway, the police said. The hospital administration also said that Dr. Yadav has mental problems.
