Kathmandu. The Abuse of Authority Investigation Commission has filed a corruption case against former secretary Dr. Sangeeta Mishra in a special court. The Commission has filed a case considering that he was involved in the irregularities related to the procurement process during his tenure as the Director General of the Department of Health Services. She was also an aspiring health secretary. The government replaced him with Dr. She was on leave after Vikas Devkota was made secretary.
She started going to the ministry after the new government was formed after Genji's movement. She resigned when her name started to be discussed as the Minister of Health.
