8 motorcycles making loud noise are under police control
Kathmandu. The police have seized 8 motorcycles that were making unnecessary loud noises.
During a special checking on the Nepaltar Dandagaon road section in Kathmandu Valley, the traffic police seized 8 motorcycles that made loud noises and changed their shape. Based on the information of the locals that they were driving motorcycles that changed their appearance and made loud noise in Tarkeshwar area, the 8 motorcycles were seized by the traffic police during a check at the TT garage, which was being operated without being registered with the relevant body in Tarakeshwar Municipality Ward No. 8.
The seized motorcycle has been kept at the Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office for further investigation and action. The Spokesperson of Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office, Superintendent of Police Naresh Raj Subedi has also requested all concerned not to drive such vehicles as there is noise pollution and negative impact on human health. Mediabaaji has received the information that the seized vehicles will be dealt with according to the Transport Management Act 2049.
