Kathmandu. District Administration Office Kathmandu has set a deadline of seven days to remove the offices of employee-affiliated associations and professional organizations operating within various government and public agencies. The administration has made it clear that the offices of these non-governmental technical and professional associations registered under the Organization Registration Act, 2034 and active in government agencies will no longer be kept inside government buildings.
By issuing a notice on Sunday, the administration instructed the central, regional, district, liaison and unit offices of such organizations to remove their signboards, rooms and other infrastructure from government structures and transfer them to private or rented buildings.
