6 types of identity cards are valid for voting in the National Assembly elections
Kathmandu. The Election Commission has decided that six types of documents that reveal the identity of the voters will be valid when going to vote in the National Assembly Member Election 2082. According to the commission, voters whose names are included in the final voter list in the elections to be held on January 11th must carry one of the following identification cards with them while voting.
The valid identity cards include voter ID cards issued by the Election Commission, certificates obtained when elected as members of the provincial assembly, certificates provided when elected as rural village chairman-vice chairman and municipal chief-deputy chief.
