27.93 billion revenue collection by Bagmati state government

Kathmandu. The Bagmati state government has collected 41.40 percent of the annual target in the nine months of the current financial year, i.e. 27 billion 933 million two thousand rupees. Real estate registration, property tax and vehicle tax are considered to be the main source of revenue for the state government.
According to Indraraj Sanjyal, official of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Planning Development of the Bagmati State Government, 55.07 percent of the target, i.e. 17.1 billion two hundred and sixty three thousand rupees, has been collected out of the estimated revenue collection of Rs.
According to him, in the current year 2082-83, the target was to collect revenue of 7 billion 70 million rupees under the title of real estate registration, but 3 billion 52 million 62 million 53 thousand rupees have been collected in nine months.
