2 dead, 5 injured in Katari due to storm

Kathmandu. Two people died and five people were injured in Katari, Udaipur due to the storm that hit on Sunday evening. The deceased are 49-year-old Minamaya Tamang of Katari Municipality-8 Thaliyatar and 64-year-old Birendra Chaudhary of Katari Municipality-5.

According to the area police office Katari, Choudhary died when a dry sal tree fell down on a tin-roofed and wooden lunch house near the Radha Krishna temple located in Katari-5 due to the storm that accompanied the rain.
