15 works selected for Padma Shri Literary Award

Chitwan. Khemlal Harikala Lamichhane Social Welfare Academy The extended list for the Padma Shri Literary Award of 2083 has been published. According to the foundation, out of 192 literary works published this year, the best 15 works have been included in the extended list.
The list includes 'A-Widhwa' (Govinda Giri Prerna), 'Kalp' (Dr. Navraj Lamsal), 'Jagajjanani Uski Ammoi Naam Hoin' (Narayan Dhakal), 'Tulu Raja' (Chandra Prakash Baniyan), 'Torkeen' (Kshitij Samarpan), 'Dahad' (Naveen Abhilashi), 'Paridhi' (Uma Subedi), 'Paikelo' (Om Rizal), 'Bhagna Premshala' (Khagendra Giri), 'Madhyako Bright' (Bhupin), 'Mahayug' (Seema Abhas), 'Swasparsh' (Dr. Navraj KC), 'Locust' (Shravan Mukarung), 'Suotaputra' (Shankar Prasad Gayre) and 'Hiund' (Nadish).
According to Ziva Lamichhane, president of the foundation, a shortlist of five masterpieces from this list will be published next month. Then the final winner will be announced.
