Singti Hydro will issue 100 percent rights
Kathmandu. Singti Hydro Energy Limited is going to issue rights. The company has appointed Muktinath Capital Limited as the sales manager for the rights issue. Sudip Khadka, Managing Director on behalf of Singti Hydro Energy Limited and Kavindra Dhwaja Joshi, Chief Executive Officer on behalf of Muktinath Capital, signed the agreement during a program.
The company's 16th Annual General Meeting passed a resolution to issue a total of 34,500,000 right shares at a ratio of 1:1 to the paid-up capital.
