Real estate business decreased in January, revenue collection of 5.9 billion

In the month of January, the shipping offices across the country have collected 5 billion 9 lakh 24 thousand revenue. 5.17 billion 32 million revenue was collected in January, but it has decreased slightly in January. According to the Department of Land Management and Records, which keeps the details of the revenue collection of properties across the country, the real estate business has not been able to increase significantly. According to the department, a total of 50,837 documents have been passed in the month of January. Compared to last year, there has been some increase in the number of documents passed in January this year.

According to the department, Rs 315 million 58 lakh 72 thousand 488 for service tax and Rs 2 billion 68 crore 69 lakh 42 thousand 532 for registration fees were collected in January. Similarly, 1 billion 96 crore 55 lakh 12 thousand 267 rupees have been collected for capital gains tax, the department said.
