Kathmandu. Yuvraj Gurung, known as Sanubhai, has been arrested on charges of hooliganism. Gurung, who has been arrested and escaped many times, was arrested by the Metropolitan Police Complex Kathmandu.
In June 2080, when Gurung was arrested for beating up the owner of Club Omnia in Thamel, police rounded him up in Thamel market area with handcuffs. At that time, the police went around the market with handcuffs to teach a 'lesson' to those involved in hooliganism.
