Kathmandu. The Weather Forecasting Division under the Department of Water and Meteorology has informed that the influence of Monsoon air is present in the whole country and the low pressure line of Monsoon is currently around Sardar place.
At present, the country is generally cloudy. In some places of Karnali Province, few places in Koshi, Bagmati, Lumbini Province and a couple of places in Madhesh, Gandaki and Sudurpaschim Province, there is moderate rain with thunder and lightning. Heavy rain is falling in one or two places in the hilly areas of Karnali province.
It will be generally cloudy over the country this afternoon. There is a possibility of moderate to moderate rain and snow showers with thunder and lightning in some parts of the mountainous areas of the country. There is a possibility of moderate to heavy rain with thunder and lightning at many places in the hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki and Lumbini provinces and at some places in the hilly areas of Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces.
