Weather forecast: Light rain and snow in high hills and mountains

Kathmandu. At present, due to the partial influence of western winds in the country, the water and weather forecasting department said that there has been a partial to normal change in different parts of the country. At present, some parts of the Terai are experiencing cold weather, while the high-mountainous and Himalayan parts of Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpaschim Provinces are partly cloudy and the rest of the region is mainly having clear weather.

According to the division, there is a possibility of rain and fog in some places of Terai this afternoon. Gandaki, Karnali and the hilly and Himalayan parts of the Far West Provinces will generally be replaced, while the Terai and the remaining hilly and Himalayan parts of the Far West Provinces including Lumbini will be partially replaced. In other parts of the country, the weather will be mainly clear.

Also, there is a possibility of light rain or snowfall at one or two places in Gandaki, Karnali and the high hilly and Himalayan parts of Sudurpaschim Province.
