Kathmandu: Nepal is currently experiencing significant weather changes due to the combined influence of various air systems. According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, the country is presently under the influence of westerly winds, local winds, and a low-pressure area developed in the lower atmosphere near the eastern region.

In addition, a low-pressure line extending from east to west to the south of Nepal is also affecting the weather. Due to the active nature of these systems, cloud cover has increased and rainfall has begun in most parts of the country.

Considering the current weather conditions, the Far-Western Province is completely overcast, while the hilly and mountainous regions of the country, including the western areas of Koshi, Karnali, and Lumbini provinces, are generally cloudy.
