Vivek Mandal, the third person who attempted self-immolation, also died
Kathmandu. Vivek Mandal of Godaita, Sarlahi, died during treatment. He attempted self-immolation on June 25 and died at Kirtipur Burn Hospital at two o'clock in the night during treatment.
He was brought to Kathmandu on Friday by an army helicopter. 34-year-old Mandal of Godaita Municipality-10 Sisotia of Sarlahi went to the road after leaving his house on Thursday afternoon and poured petrol on his body and set him on fire. After general treatment at Malangwa Provincial Hospital, he was brought to Kathmandu by helicopter for further treatment. Ganesh Nepali and Ashwin Raut, who attempted self-immolation earlier, have also died.
