Kathmandu. Utsav Aryal has been elected as the President of the Bagmati Province from the first session of the National Independent Party RSWP. According to the very interesting and highly competitive results of the election held on Saturday, Aryal defeated his closest competitor, Dr. He defeated Achutam Lamichhane by a narrow margin of two votes and managed to take over the responsibility of the provincial leadership.
According to the final results of the election, Aryal who became the winner got 416 votes while his opponent Lamichhane had to settle for 414 votes. According to Madhusudhan Dhakal, a central member who participated in the RSVP Bagmati state convention, there was a very tough competition between the two candidates from the initial stage of counting of votes, the final result of which also turned out to be stimulating and exciting.
