Kathmandu. CPN-UML has issued five-point instructions for selecting representatives for the 11th Congress. Kashinath Adhikari, member of the party standing committee and head of the organization department, informed that the organization department of the party decided on five points through a virtual meeting on Monday evening.

Similarly, the department has also issued instructions to immediately inform the Central Organization Department of the number of the final voter list. Similarly, instructions have been issued to make a final effort for consensus by the evening of the 12th, and if not, go to the election process on the 13th to choose a representative.
