Two joint secretaries left the Ministry of Finance, three posts are vacant
Kathmandu. The last meeting of the Council of Ministers has transferred two joint secretaries working under the Ministry of Finance. According to the decision of the cabinet meeting held on Tuesday, Chief Joint Secretary of Tribhuvan International Airport Customs Office Ramakrishna Pudasaini and Joint Secretary of Controller General of Accounts Bishnu Prasad Gyawali have been transferred.
After the transfer, joint secretary Pudasaini has been given the responsibility of chief administrative officer of Ghorahi sub-metropolitan city, while joint secretary Gyawali has been sent to the Ministry of Home Affairs. At the same meeting, 17 joint secretaries from various ministries and agencies were transferred and appointed, but no new joint secretaries were sent to the Ministry of Finance. As two joint secretaries have left and no new ones have arrived, three posts of joint secretaries under the Ministry of Finance are now vacant.
