Transfer and posting of 14 DIGs of Armed Police by Ministry of Home Affairs

Kathmandu. The Ministry of Home Affairs has transferred 7 Deputy Inspector General DIGs of the Armed Police Force and posted 7 other new DIGs.

According to the decision of the Ministry, Bishnu Prasad Bhatt has been transferred to No. 2 Chinnamasta Bahini Headquarters Mahottari, No. 5 Vindhyavasini Headquarters Deepak Adhikari to Rupandehi and No. 6 Maheshwari Bahini Headquarters Krishnaraj Pathak has been transferred to Surkhet.

Similarly, Dipendra Shah has been assigned the responsibility of Intelligence Bureau, Krishna Dhakal has been given the responsibility of the Operations Department, Dipendra Kunwar has been assigned the responsibility of the Human Resource Department and Suresh Kumar Shrestha has been assigned the responsibility of the Border Security Department. Likewise, the new officers who were recommended for promotion to the post of DIG on 12th Baisakh have also been posted. Among the newly posted DIGs, Digvijaya Subedi, who is working as Acting Bahinipati, has been posted at the same place i.e. No. 7 Vaidyanath Bahini Headquarters Kailali.
