Three people were arrested with 10 kilos of ganja hidden inside the car
Kathmandu. Makwanpur police have arrested three Indian nationals with 10 kg 124 grams of narcotic ganja from Manhari rural municipality-9 Jamire. According to the Makwanpur District Police Office, the police team deployed from the area police office, Manhari, caught them at 4:30 am on Monday morning on the basis of a special information about drug trafficking.
The police stopped the Indian car numbered UP 32 FF 0055 and recovered the hidden amount of marijuana during the security check.
Among those arrested are 23-year-old Musir from Sikheda village in Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh, India, 24-year-old Mau Zubair and 44-year-old Sabira from Amba Bihar in Muzaffarnagar. It is the initial assumption of the police that they are using a car with Indian number plates to cross the border with the intention of transporting ganja. The police took the three people into custody along with ganja and the car and took them to Makwanpur district police office.
