Kathmandu. According to the Weather Forecasting Division, the entire region of Koshi, Madhesh and Bagmati Provinces, some parts of Gandaki and some parts of Eastern Terai of Lumbini Province are under the influence of Monsoon. In other areas, there is a partial effect of western and local winds. At present, there is a general change in Koshi province, while there is a partial change in the Himalayan and hilly areas of Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces. Light to moderate rains are occurring in some places of Koshi region and a couple of places of Bagmati region.

According to the department, it will be generally cloudy in the Himalayan and hilly parts of the country and in the plains of Koshi province, while it will be partly cloudy in Madhesh province. The weather will be mainly clear in the Terai region of Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini and Sudurpaschim provinces.
