The Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the exchange rate of foreign currency for today. According to the National Bank, the buying rate of US dollar has been fixed at 152 rupees 31 paise and selling rate at 152 rupees 91 paise. The Australian Dollar was trading at Rs 109.06 per dollar, while the Canadian Dollar was trading at Rs 109.54 per dollar.
The euro was trading at 176 for 43 paise and 177 for 12 paise, while the UK pound sterling was trading at 206 for 13 paise and 206 for 94 paise.
The National Bank has said that this exchange rate can be revised at any time as per the need. The exchange rate set by the commercial bank may vary and the updated exchange rate will be available on the central bank's website.
