Kathmandu. Some candidates, from senior leaders of major parties to independents, will not be able to vote for themselves in the House of Representatives elections to be held on February 21. As they have submitted their candidature from the constituencies outside their voter list, they are unable to vote for themselves. 

In the election law, only those who are candidates from the same area as their voters list are allowed to vote.
