Kathmandu. 36 voters did not vote in the CPN-UML election that ended on Thursday morning. According to the Central Election Commission of UML, only 2,227 votes were cast out of 2,263 delegates in the ongoing eleventh congress. 36 people did not vote in the election for the new leadership due to various reasons.
