The US told its citizens: danger has been detected, leave Venezuela immediately
Kathmandu. The US has asked its citizens to leave Venezuela immediately. The US State Department suggested that armed paramilitary forces in Venezuela are trying to arrest American citizens and that they leave immediately.
According to The Guardian, the information released on Saturday said, "Armed members of the pro-government militia, known as the Colectivo, have been reported to be blocking the road and searching vehicles, in order to find out if there are American citizens or supporters of the United States in them."
It is further stated in the notice, "US citizens are advised to exercise caution when traveling on the road in Venezuela and are requested to leave immediately as soon as some international flights resume."
