Kathmandu. A significant improvement was seen in the stock market on Wednesday. Today NEPSE index increased by 33.27 points to 2866.87 points, which is an increase of 1.17. In today's trading, when 2 crore 64 lakh 38 thousand shares were bought and sold, the total transaction amount reached 10 billion 53 crore 70 lakh rupees.
Among the traded companies, the share price of 221 companies increased while 45 companies decreased. The share price of the three companies remained the same.
Shivam Cement has the highest turnover today, whose turnover has exceeded 589 million rupees. Similarly, National Hydropower's 571.1 million, Reliance Spinning Mills' 494.1 million, Solu Hydropower's 41.32 million and Reedy Power's transaction is more than 376.65 million.
