The second session of the House of Representatives ended in 145 days with 68 meetings, 12 bills passed
Kathmandu. The second session of the House of Representatives has ended. 68 meetings were held in the session which started from 28th of Baisakh. Concluding the session, Speaker Dolprasad Aryal informed that the Parliament has passed 12 bills during this period.
The second session of the House of Representatives, which started on May 28, lasted 145 days until October 16, had 68 meetings in 62 days. The Parliament has passed 12 important Bills including Finance Bill 2083, Appropriation Bill 2083 and Prevention of Money Laundering Third Amendment.
Out of which 11 bills have been certified by the President. Apart from this, 20 bills are pending in various committees and some more bills are under process.
