The price of petroleum products has decreased in Nepal
Kathmandu. Nepal Oil Corporation has reduced the price of petroleum products significantly. The board meeting of the corporation has decided to reduce the prices of petrol, diesel, kerosene, aviation fuel and LP gas for cooking. The new price will be effective from 17th.
According to the corporation, the price of petrol has been reduced by Rs 20 per liter and the price of diesel and kerosene has been reduced by Rs 30 per liter. Along with this, in the third category areas like Kathmandu, Pokhara and Dipayal, now the new retail price of petrol is Rs 177 per liter and the price of diesel is Rs 155 per liter.
Similarly, the price of cooking LP gas connected to the consumer's kitchen has been reduced by Rs 100 per cylinder. Now consumers will be able to buy a cylinder of gas for Rs. 2060. Domestic aviation fuel has also been reduced in price by Rs 40 per litre.
