The President has certified three bills

Kathmandu. President Ramchandra Paudel has certified three bills passed by both houses of the federal parliament. He approved the Appropriation Bill, 2083, the National Debt Collection Bill and the Finance Bill.

The President authenticated the bill in accordance with Article 113, Clause 2 of the Constitution.
