The line can be cut at any time in case of non-payment of dues: Authority
Kathmandu. The executive director of the authority, Manoj Silwal, has said that the line can be cut at any time in the industries that do not pay the installment due to the arrears. According to him, 13 industries have paid the installment so far. "Some have paid one installment while some have paid up to 5 installments at once. Still 25 industries have not come to pay the installments. It has not been decided when the line will be cut in those industries, but it can be cut anytime during this Tihar," he said. The authority has given a 28-month installment facility for the industrialists who want to pay the arrears. By using this facility, Hama Iron and Steel has paid 20 lakh 90 thousand rupees for the first installment to the authority.
