Kathmandu. After the Election Commission recognized the working committee led by Gagan Thapa elected from the special convention, the disgruntled leaders went to the Supreme Court on Sunday morning. Leaders under the leadership of Acting Speaker Purna Bahadur Khadka reached the Supreme Court today with a writ. Against the decision given by the Election Commission, the disbanded Central Committee decided to go to court in a meeting held at Sanepa on Saturday.

The leaders have not yet submitted the writ to the Supreme Court. If a writ is submitted, what is the legal system and what the court will decide has become a matter of interest, it is seen that it will directly affect the election.
