The government's effort to increase the satisfaction of the citizens within a month, this is the action plan
Kathmandu. The government has introduced 'Public Service Immediate Improvement Action Plan, 2083' to increase the satisfaction of citizens within one month by making public service delivery fast, efficient and transparent. A correspondence has been sent today to all ministries, secretariats, departments, provinces and local levels across the country to implement this action plan approved by the office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers.
According to the action plan, the government aims to reorganize the currently available manpower, work style and information system without additional budget or construction of large physical structures and deliver the results of the reforms to the citizens within the next 30 days.
For this, within the first 3 days, the government offices will have to identify the main 10 service problems as well as congestion times and duplicate documents, assign responsibilities for solutions and replace old notice boards.
