Supreme Court orders appearance of Deepak Bhatt
Kathmandu. The Supreme Court has ordered that businessman Deepak Bhatt be produced before the court. A single bench of Justice Abdul Aziz Musalman issued the order to produce Bhatt along with the detainee.
The court issued this order while hearing a habeas corpus petition filed by Bhatt’s wife, Ayushma Nepal, on his behalf. During the hearing, the court also issued a show-cause order in the name of the opposing party.
