Supreme Court order to show cause for Durga Prasai's arrest
Kathmandu. The Supreme Court has issued a show cause order in the name of the government to submit a written reply to the reason for the arrest and detention of medical practitioner Durga Prasain and Aadhaar Khu.
The single bench of Judge Hari Prasad Phuyal issued the order in the name of the opponents during the preliminary hearing on Wednesday on the petition for the detention of the accused, who claimed to have been detained illegally.
