Submitting separate memorandums to Infrastructure Development Minister Sunil Lamsal and Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Sovita Gautam, the federation has suggested raising additional fees for the establishment of an 'accident relief fund' for the immediate rescue, treatment and compensation of victims of road accidents in the Vehicle Act which is in the process of being amended.
