Stock market at 2654 points, turnover exceeded 7 billion

Kathmandu. On Sunday, the first trading day of the week, the stock market closed with an improvement in normal numbers. Nepal Stock Exchange NEPSE index increased by 7.06 points to 2654 points. Along with the index, there has been an encouraging improvement in the turnover. On the previous trading day, 6.74 billion rupees worth of shares were bought and sold, and today it has increased to 7.4 billion rupees.
In today's business, there was a high attraction of investors, especially in the 'other' group. The index of that group has increased the most by 1.36 percent. Apart from this, life insurance 0.82, investment 0.48, microfinance 0.48, development bank 0.43, banking 0.35 and hotel and tourism group have gone up by 0.31 percent. On the other hand, trade 0.93, finance 0.52, manufacturing and processing 0.24, hydropower 0.14 and non-life insurance group decreased by 0.02 percent.
In the market as a whole, the share price of 137 companies increased, 131 companies decreased, while the prices of 11 companies remained stable.
